Wizard Sports has worked to protect all personal online information and credit card ordering.  Every page on our site is secure by using SSL software. You will notice the Secure https:// in your browser address bar indicating your information has been encrypted.

2) How do we track our order?

With each order that goes out at the end of day you will be emailed tracking info to the email address you provided.

3) What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex., Discover, PayPal, Check, Faxed Purchase Orders & School Purchase Orders.

4) What are your terms?  

Terms are Net 30 Days-F.O.B Anaheim, California.  A finance charge of 1 1/2% may be applied to all invoices more than 30 days past due.  If required cost of collection and any attorney fees will be added.

5) What are your Shipping & Delivery Options?  

Most Equipment is shipped F.O.B. Anaheim or Oceanside, California.  If an item is not in stock you will be informed.  Some large items are drop shipped direct from the manufacturing company. Packages are shipped UPS, Truck Frt. or USPS Postal Service For Samll 1-2 Lb Packages Only. UPS Express shipping is available.  All Express Shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Air are next Business Day Only.  This will exclude Holidays & Weekends.

6) Return Policy
