Their choice for designs in this series will change your game. The Legacy Series is one of the most streamlined, low profile shoulder pad series on the market. These lightweight pads will still provide the maximum protection using the Air-Management system, but also allow the athlete more vision while playing the game due to their low-profile design. We hope you enjoy them!
The JD style shoulder pad, in the Legacy Series is designed for the skill positions of Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers, Cornerbacks, and Kickers/Punters. The JD's lightweight, and streamlined design, makes it the perfect pad for the players that require a greater range of motion to play their particular position. The JD's smaller epaulets, reverse cups, and swivel front give the player more flexibility for throwing, and receiving passes. The Air-Management system of open cell foam, soft removable channels, streamlined design, help disperse the energy of contact to the chest and back of the player.
Many Kickers/Punters like that they can remove the inner channels making the pad even lighter and sit lower on there shoulders.

To size your Standard Series shoulder pad, please follow these instructions as close as possible. Using a yardstick, measure in inches straight across the players back from shoulder tip to shoulder tip, as seen in the illustration above. DO NOT measure up and over the neck and neck muscles for your measurement. Use the corresponding size chart to arrive at the size of shoulder pad you are ordering. If you receive a incorrect size and need to exchange, just return the pad and we will send a correct size right away. Pad must not have been used and must be in perfect shape.
