Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase to a Wizard Sports Equipment warehouse for an exchange or refund. This Return Policy applies to most all items except some of the larger items which may include a re-stocking fee. If cleats are needing a size exchange simply return in perfect new condition and Wizard Sports will send out the correct size. Cleats must not have been worn outside and must be in perfect shape. Wizard Sports® Limited Warranty:  Wizard Sports warrants each new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.  Some products are warranted by their separate manufacturers.  The warranty does not apply to products which have been altered, misused, accidents, ordinary wear and tear over time, negligence or used in any other way than the intended use.  

Wizard Kicking Holders Product Warranty To End Users:

Wizard Sports® stands behind the manufacturing design and quality of its holders. All holders are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase by end user. Coverage includes manufacturing workmanship and normal use.  The warranty does not apply to products which have been altered, misused, accidents, ordinary wear and tear over time, negligence or used in any other way than the intended use.  

Wizard Sports® will pay shipping costs if the holder is under warranty and needs repair or replacement.  Inquiries for repairs and / or replacement can be made by calling 888-964-5425.  A Return Authorization is required for any holder being returned for repair and / or replacement.

Repairs can sometimes be made on holders that are out of warranty. There will be a nominal charge for repair plus shipping.  A quote will be submitted before any repairs are done
